Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility & Non-Returnable Items:
At Once upon a time in kollywood, we aim to deliver high-quality posters and a smooth shopping experience. Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, incorrect, or has a printing/manufacturing defect. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, and the item must be unused, kept in original packaging, and supported with photo or video proof. Returns or refunds are not applicable for change of mind, incorrect size selection, minor color variations caused by screen differences, or customized and personalized posters (if applicable).
Return Requests & Replacement Process:
To request a return, customers must email outkposter@gmail.com with their Order ID, product photos/videos, and a description of the issue. Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours. If approved, a free replacement will be provided and shipped within [2–7 business days] after confirmation. In most cases, replacements are preferred over refunds to ensure customers receive the correct product as quickly as possible.
Refunds, Shipping & Cancellation:
Refunds are issued only if a replacement product is unavailable or the issue cannot be resolved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, while bank or payment gateway processing times may vary. Customers may be required to return the product when requested, and return shipping costs will be covered by Once upon a time in kollywood for approved cases only.
